Important Information

  • Access to sharing exchanges is limited to Deira and Pod Dubai only.
  • During peak periods, the Jumeirah guest line will close 45 minutes prior to the park’s closing time.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused or partially used services.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • External food, beverages, or alcohol are not allowed into Aquaventure.
  • The service provider assumes no liability if any part of an attraction is non-functional due to technical reasons.
  • For safety reasons, enter all pools and attractions feet first; diving is not permitted. Sharing transfers can be arranged only from centrally located Dubai Inns/Homes.
  • There is an additional surcharge for pickups from areas other than centrally located Dubai Inns/Homes.
  • The timing of sharing transfers may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes based on traffic conditions and location.
  • The meal extra includes a hot dog/burger with a soda/water bottle.
